DukanBook Privacy Policy

1. What Data DukanBook Stores

DukanBook stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Customer names and phone numbers (that you enter manually)
• Transaction records (credit amounts, payment amounts, dates)
• Shop name and owner name (for report generation only)

This data is stored in your device's local database and is never transmitted to our servers.

2. Cloud Backup (Optional)

If you choose to enable cloud backup, your data is encrypted before being sent to secure storage. Only you can access it with your account credentials. We cannot read your backup data.

3. Permissions Used

• Storage: To save and export your khata records as files
• Contacts (Optional): Only if you choose to import customer names from contacts
• Internet (Optional): Only for cloud backup feature

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer your DukanBook data to any third party for any reason whatsoever.

5. Data Deletion

Uninstalling DukanBook removes all locally stored data from your device. If you used cloud backup, you can request deletion of your backup data by emailing us.
